Do you take what you bake?

Do you love to bake? And then do you take what you bake?

Think back to the joy felt before the ED was present, when you would wait for the cookies to come out of the oven. Maybe the oven light was on and you would watch and watch. Are the cookies ready yet?

Where did that go?

Most likely, the ED came along and stole that joy..... Well, let's steal it back!

In order to do so, first, you have to recognize that tasting your creations feels scary.

Next you need to choose to fight back. There is no easy way to do this. Exposures to all foods that scare you help to lessen the fear-factor from all foods - food just becomes food.

Recruit support! Consider inviting a friend over (or sharing with a family member) next time you bake and serving yourself one of your creations.
